Board of Directors
Ahmad Al Mutawa
Co-Founder / Chairman
Ahmad represents the new generation of young Saudi leaders with unmatched will and skill. He is an experienced executive leader with a successful track record in managing investment portfolios and serving as an executive member on boards and board sub-committees.
Throughout his career, Ahmad has led and closed multiple M&A transactions while raising capital for project finance, working capital, and investment transactions using local and international investors and banks.
Today, Ahmad sits on numerous boards in Saudi Arabia, alongside his current executive role as Chief Investment Officer at PIF (Public Investment Fund), where he leads and manages the Hospitality and Tourism sector arm named 'ASFAR'. He also leads a large portfolio of companies under the umbrella of his family-owned business conglomerate named "HAMTE".
Ahmad holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
Paul Boulos
Vice Chairman / Group CEO
Paul is a cross-sector change management and business growth expert who serves as a board member. He is the published author of "Invincible Mindset" and works as a keynote speaker.
In 2019, he founded Antworks Consulting to deliver sustainable business growth and high impact solutions.
Prior to establishing his own firm, he accumulated over 20 years of business growth experience working with fast-paced, blue-chip global and regional corporations including Ogilvy & Mather, Procter & Gamble, Leo Burnett, DENTSU, LBCI, Henry Ford Health System, and Vision 2030. He holds an exceptional track record in strategically leading and transforming organizations to achieve business excellence. He has worked with and consulted for multiple sectors across private, public, and governmental organizations, gaining comprehensive insight into the full business cycle.
His assignments spanned the T-MENA region across various markets. Paul has led the launch of several businesses in the region and established multiple offices, teams, and new business territories throughout his career.
Paul is Australian-born of Lebanese descent and is bilingual in English and Arabic. He holds a Diploma in Business Coaching, Diploma in Corporate Governance, B.A. in Liberal Arts, M.A. in International Affairs, Diploma in Strategic Media Management from Kellogg School of Management, and a Certificate in Digital Transformation from Stanford.
Duncan Schofield
Board Member
Duncan is a former Military and Intelligence Officer who has spent his career at the intersection of defense, intelligence, and technology, helping organizations modernize, innovate, and stay ahead of emerging threats.
From AI-driven intelligence fusion to cloud-based security architectures, he has worked with high-profile government agencies and defense organizations to replace outdated systems with faster, smarter, and more effective solutions.
Duncan strongly believes that technology is an enabler, not a solution. Innovation lies at the intersection of people, culture, processes, and technology, and he has a successful history of designing agile solutions that empower end users to make better decisions.
He has advised global intelligence agencies and defense clients on SIGINT, counter-espionage, and cloud innovation. He designed the KSA Counter Espionage framework on behalf of PSS.
Duncan holds an MSc from the University of St. Andrews in the UK.
Celine Kanakri
Board Member
Celine is a Partner at the Construction, Real Estate and International Arbitration practice at BLK Partners Law Firm, focusing on construction, real estate, and corporate and commercial dispute avoidance and resolution. She helps multinationals, local and regional companies, and governmental and state-owned entities mitigate risks and resolve complex arbitration cases, ensuring cost and time-efficient outcomes.
During her 20+ years in the Middle East, she has contributed to drafting and commenting on several decrees, laws, and regulations implemented in the UAE today, including the proposed draft DIAC 2018 Arbitration Rules and the ADGM Arbitration Guidelines.
Dedicated to the professional development of lawyers in the UAE, she worked with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department to develop the CLPD course and run module 1 of the training on commercial and contract law. She is an active member of the ICC Arab Arbitration Group, DIAC 40, and Arbitral Women. She has been appointed as arbitrator on numerous occasions in commercial, construction, and real estate disputes and was awarded by DIAC in 2018 for best sole arbitrator under the age of 40.
Celine was ranked by Asian Legal Business (Thomson Reuters) as one of the MENA Super 50 2022 lawyers and has been repeatedly ranked in The Legal 500 for construction and dispute resolution. She has also been recognized in The Legal 500 Private Practice Arbitration Power list - Middle East Region in 2022 and 2023.
Celine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Comparative Law from the University of Saint Joseph, Beirut.
Rudi Plettinx
Board Member
Rudi is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of SusteneriGroup, Partner at FutureWork Forum, Member of Virtual Advisory Board, Senior Advisor at STS, Ambassador for Industry 5.0, and ESG Board Advisor of The ForeverGreen Group.
He is a forward-thinking, competitive, and collaborative senior-level executive with extensive experience in sustainability, CSR, transferable B2B solutions, leadership and management development, culture, and change management.
Rudi possesses a strong P&L track record in executive leadership strategy across all disciplines of business transformation. He has proven expertise in recruiting and developing staff and teams, establishing strategic partnerships, and creating new business opportunities and partnerships across EMEA and globally.
Rudi is an expert in building consultative teams that lead organizational change, consulting services, needs analysis, and process improvements.
Rudi holds an MSc from the University of Antwerp in Belgium.
Bilal Kaissi
Board Member
Bilal is an enthusiastic researcher with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and extensive knowledge of the Saudi market and the broader MENA region. He brings 25+ years of marketing research experience spanning the US, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and the entire MENA region.
He started and managed the Ipsos Saudi Arabia office until 2016, covering the MENA and Pakistan region. Bilal began his career in the USA with Roper Starch Worldwide (now GfK) in Princeton, NJ.
In 2017, Bilal founded Symmetry Research, a leading boutique research firm operating in 14 countries.
Bilal has worked with public utilities in Saudi Arabia and UAE, telecommunication companies across the MENA region, banking institutions in the US and MENA region, real estate in UAE and KSA, insurance in UAE and KSA, and education in KSA. He has conducted extensive work on automotive research in Saudi Arabia and the region, as well as large-scale Corporate Reputation studies for Fortune 500 companies in the US. He works with both small startups and established companies to advise on business strategy, customer understanding and experience, and product and service development and testing. Bilal continues to work closely with the governmental sector, leading several governmental projects in KSA.
Bilal holds a BSc in Marketing from Suffolk University and an MBA in Marketing & Research from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
Jeremie Landweer

Jeremie is the Founder and CEO of SociisGroup™, a private leadership ecosystem connecting trusted companies, verified advisors, and sovereign leaders. He is the creator of The LIME Code™ and SBS™, and serves as President of the Global Council for Sovereign Leadership™.
His journey began under Alain Ducasse at Le Louis XV in Monaco, where he led elite teams and co-created Michelin-level restaurants. He later scaled SolarBuddy EMEA as CEO, delivering light to over a million women and children in partnership with Meta, Goldman Sachs, and PwC.
Today, Jeremie partners with over 70 globally recognized organizations and works with Fortune 100 executives to redefine leadership. His flagship initiatives include the Shape Tomorrow Today Summit and Sociis Mastery Coaching, an exclusive acceleration program for CEOs and top executives.
